My name is Deena Kamal, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) providing virtual psychotherapy services to individuals across Ontario.
I created The Safe Haven Therapy with the belief that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. Seeking help can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. Healing starts with a conversation.
I hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences with a double major in Health Sciences and Psychology from Western University. I also hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP).
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I am committed to providing ethical, evidence-based, and compassionate care while supporting clients through a variety of life experiences and challenges.
